Lucy’s experience includes divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, restraining orders, and domestic violence. As a child of divorce herself, Lucy is uniquely positioned to handle any and all family law needs. She diligently conducts client interviews to assess their legal issues and determine the most appropriate courses of action. Lucy clearly explains family law procedures, court protocols, and clients’ rights and obligations, ensuring they feel empowered and informed throughout their cases. She also assists clients with the meticulous preparation and filing of crucial legal documents, including motions and court forms. Lucy meticulously prepares cases for hearings by gathering essential evidence, organizing exhibits, and developing compelling legal arguments. She represents clients in court proceedings across a wide range of family law matters, ensuring their voices are heard. Further, she expertly manages and organizes case files and documentation, maintaining accuracy and efficiency in every detail. Lucy’s practice encompasses a diverse array of family law cases, including divorce, legal separation, annulment, paternity, child custody, visitation, child and spousal support, and domestic violence matters. Lucy is a strong advocate for clients in domestic violence restraining order proceedings and adeptly addresses select property division issues that arise within family law disputes. During law school, Lucy was a law clerk for the Law Offices of Lori Clark Viviano, a boutique family law firm, where she helped in the management of cases from start to finish. She also worked for the Family Law Facilitator’s Office at the South Bay Courthouse and volunteered at the Legal Aid Society Domestic Violence Clinic. Lucy is originally from Austin, Texas. In her spare time, she enjoys trying new workout classes, cheering on the Texas Longhorns and the Padres, going to the beach, attempting to surf, and hunting for the best latte in San Diego.
