Originally from North San Diego County, Mr. Shafer graduated from Fallbrook High School. Mr. Shafer completed his undergraduate education and law school education at Chapman University with B.A. in 2001 and a J.D. in 2007. He then went on to join the California Bar and Central District of California Federal Court in 2009 . Mr. Shafer is married with two children lives in Orange County. Mark Shafer is a skilled attorney who has established a highly successful criminal defense and immigration practice in Southern California.
