Max Casal

Max Casal is a member of the firm's bankruptcy, litigation and transactional departments. Max's bankruptcy practice includes representing debtors in Chapter 11s and Subchapter Vs, bankruptcy litigation, working with trustees, and other insolvency matters. Max also advises clients in various litigation and transactional contexts. Max earned his bachelor of science degree from the University of Arizona Eller College of Management and his law degree from the Temple University Beasley School of Law. While in law school, Max served as a senator on Temple's Student Bar Association.
