Maxwell D. Bass

Maxwell D. Bass, Esq. is an associate attorney at Temmerman, Cilley, Kohlmann & Norcia, LLP. Mr. Bass’ practice area focuses on estate planning, business planning, and trust and decedent's estate administration. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Bass entertained the idea of a political career, attaining a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California, Davis, and serving as a legislative intern in the office of Senator Mike McGuire. However, while attending Santa Clara University School of Law, Mr. Bass discovered a career that combined his enjoyment of strategic long-term planning and legal analysis, and could provide a tangible benefit to his family and friends: estate planning. As such, Mr. Bass began working as a law clerk at Temmerman, Cilley, Kohlmann & Norcia, LLP in 2022, where he learned the fundamentals of estate planning and administration. Upon his completion of law school and the California Bar Exam, Mr. Bass elected to continue his work at Temmerman, Cilley, Kohlmann & Norcia, LLP, as an Associate Attorney. When Mr. Bass is not in the office, he enjoys playing tennis, spending time with his family, and is an avid aquarium enthusiast.
