Michael D. Eisenberg

Michael D. Eisenberg is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group in Sheppard Mullin's Del Mar Heights office. Mr. Eisenberg's practice includes all aspects necessary to a complete an intellectual property portfolio including the procurement and litigation of patents, copyrights, trademarks and trade secrets as well as unfair competition law. As a graduate student at UCLA, Mr. Eisenberg specialized in medical radiation devices which encompassed training in the radiation therapy clinic, quality assurance of diagnostic radiology and nuclear medicine, and research in the those areas as well as in radiation biology. Also, while at UCLA, Mr. Eisenberg was a section instructor and lab instructor for undergraduate courses in physics and astronomy, including mechanics, electricity and magnetism, and waves, oscillations and fluids. While in law school, he was a law clerk and patent agent at the law firm of Belasco Jacobs & Townsley, LLP a Los Angeles intellectual property specialty law firm.
