Nora Asahara

Ms. Nora Asahara, received her undergraduate degree from UCLA and her law degree from Pepperdine University. She was admitted to the California State Bar in June of 1998. She received her preliminary special education teaching credential from California State University, Sacramento in August 1999. Nora comes to us Of Counsel with her unique expertise in Special Education Law. Ms. Asahara is available to provide presentations to parent and service provider groups.
