Olivia D. Scharrer

Olivia Scharrer is an attorney with Aequitas Legal Group. Her practice focuses on representing plaintiffs in complex employment cases and consumer class actions. She has extensive experience representing employees in class actions, representative actions, and individual matters involving wage and hour issues, wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment. Ms. Scharrer received her Bachelor of Arts degree with high honors from Oklahoma State University in 2009. She graduated from Loyola Law School – Los Angeles in 2013. During law school, she served on the International and Comparative Law Review. She was a judicial extern for the Honorable Teresa Sanchez-Gordon of the Los Angeles Superior Court, and volunteered at the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles. Ms. Scharrer is admitted to practice before all California state courts, the Central District of California, Eastern District of California, Northern District of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
