Owais M. Bari

Mr. Bari is a young and budding attorney who joined the firm in 2019. Clients have routinely been impressed with Mr. Bari’s meticulous preparation, advocacy and his relentless work ethic. Mr. Bari graduated from University of London, with a Bachelor of Law’s Degree in law in 2012. He practiced civil and criminal litigation in Pakistan for a number of years. He earned his Master of Laws (L.L.M) degree from University of California, Berkeley in 2017. After passing the California State Bar Exam in 2017, he worked as a law clerk at McCoy Law Firm which specialized in plaintiff-side employment litigation. In 2018, he joined Heath & Yuen , APC as an associate attorney working in insurance defense litigation practice group. He is an integral and valued member of the Millstein family.
