Peter Abraham

Peter Abraham-Orejuela is a dedicated litigation attorney with a passion for civil law. Known for his proactive and resilient approach, exceptional work ethic, and excellent written and verbal communication skills, Peter has deep expertise in contract negotiation, compliance management, and risk analysis. Peter's experience includes serving as In-House Counsel at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where he analyzed personal injury matters, managed litigation strategies, and negotiated settlements. He has also served as Deputy General Counsel for the Hispanic National Bar Association, where he drafted, reviewed, and negotiated legal agreements. Peter has a Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University School of Law, where he was a Merit Scholar Award Recipient and BCHB Association Diversity Scholarship Recipient. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California State University, Northridge. Peter is admitted to the California Bar and is currently seeking admission to the Florida Bar.
