Plakshi Jain

Plakshi Jain is a licensed California attorney, also licensed to practice law in India. She received her LL.M. (Master of Laws) degree from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, with Pro-Bono Honors in 2022, and her B.A. LL.B. (JD equivalent) degree in 2020 from O.P. Jindal Global University, Jindal Global Law School in India. Plakshi has prior experience working as an in-house counsel in India and working under a judge at the Delhi High Court, India. Plakshi represents clients in civil litigation matters and advises them on a wide range of legal issues in the field of construction law including construction defects, contractual disputes, mechanic’s lien, stop notice, contractor’s license and public works projects among others.
