About Rachel E. Forster Esq.
Rachel assists clients with entity structuring and capital formation strategies involving foreign investment in U.S. assets to achieve the most effective tax framework. Rachel also has experience in a variety of business matters, including corporate mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, entity formation and maintenance, and other business agreements. During law school, Rachel was a law clerk for BKF, focusing on business and real estate transactions. She also worked for a civil litigation firm in San Diego. Rachel is originally from San Francisco. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the beach, Pilates, and spending time with friends and family.
