Randall E. Kay, P.C.

Randall Kay's litigation and arbitration practice includes contract disputes, commercial collections, partnership dissolutions, real estate conflicts and business torts. He has extensive experience negotiating business agreements, ranging from international joint ventures, manufacturing and distribution agreements to business sales and dissolutions. Randy has been involved with ADR since 1988, when he was first trained as a neutral arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association. He has been appointed as an arbitrator in hundreds of cases, covering a broad range of disputes, and has also served as mediator in a wide variety of cases. His experience also extends to a wide spectrum of industries including: real estate, professional practices (accountancy, law, dentistry, medicine, design and others), insurance, software development, healthcare, shipping, agriculture, restaurants and food distribution, landscaping, equipment leasing, medical devices, receivables financing, trade secrets and licensing. For approximately twenty years, Randy was on the adjunct faculty of Golden Gate University, teaching business law to Executive MBA students in the business school.
