Rebecca Wildman

Becky has dedicated her career to advocating on behalf of individuals who struggle to be treated fairly. Becky litigates employment cases on behalf of employees who have been wrongfully terminated, including wage and hour violations, misclassification, breach of contract, unlawful discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, and representative actions under the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). Becky also provides prelitigation advice and counsel. Becky is a Bay Area native who earned her J.D. from U.C. Hastings School of Law and Master’s in Public Health from San Francisco State University. After law school, Becky received the 2017 Ralph Santiago Abascal Fellowship to work at the Youth Law Center, where she focused on improving access to extracurricular activities for youth in the foster care and juvenile justice systems. After her fellowship, she represented survivors of domestic violence in their restraining order, family law, and civil matters. Becky approaches law through a public health lens, considering issues such as privilege and institutional disparities, and showing empathy.
