Robert C. Hayden

Since 1978, Robert C. Hayden, Senior Counsel at Ezer Williamson Law, has advised and represented businesses in real estate, business, employment, and trade secret litigation. Mr. Hayden is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of California, the United States District Courts for the Central, Northern, and Southern Districts of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Hayden spent over 25 years at major law firms in downtown Los Angeles, where he engaged in business and employment litigation and advised employers on employment, personnel and wage & hour issues, including over a decade as the head of the Employment Law practice at K&R Law Group. Over the course of his 40-plus year career, Mr. Hayden has represented a wide variety of businesses and employers, from family businesses and start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, including newspapers, HMO’s, printing companies, importers, manufacturers, and construction companies. Mr. Hayden is also experienced in the handling of business, partnership, member and shareholder disputes. Additionally, as in-house counsel for two healthcare entities, he developed and conducted employee compliance programs, reviewed and negotiated business contracts and billing agreements with vendors, subcontractors, and strategic partners. Mr. Robert C. Hayden attended Stanford University where he was awarded the degree of Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1975. He received his legal education at the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where he was awarded the degree of Juris Doctor in 1978.
