Robert Cashen

Robert ("Bobby") Cashen joined MTSA in 2016. He has exclusively practiced family law since he passed the bar in 2014. Prior to joining the firm, Bobby was an associate at a well-known, high-asset family law firm in Menlo Park. He also served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Linda Colfax of the Unified Family Court in San Francisco, and clerked at a family law firm in Santa Clara. Bobby has organizational skills and a passion for family law that lead him to be a valued and knowledgeable team member on MTSA's large-asset cases. Bobby graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the law in 2014. While in law school, Bobby received various awards for his writing and oral advocacy, including the second best oralist award at the National Criminal Procedure Moot Court Competition. The CALI Excellence for the Future Award and Witkin Award in Academic Excellence in Professional Responsibility was awarded to him as well. Bobby served as a Teaching Assistant in both the first year Moot Court and second year Appellate Advocacy classes, and served on the Moot Court Board. In his free time, Bobby enjoys playing golf, skiing, and the outdoors.
