Samantha M. Kandarian

Samantha M. Kandarian is an associate attorney with Sagaser, Watkins & Wieland PC. Ms. Kandarian joined Sagaser Watkins & Wieland PC in August of 2020, where she began working as a file clerk while attending college at Fresno State. After graduating from Fresno State in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in political science, Ms. Kandarian took a break from California and attended law school in North Carolina. During law school, Ms. Kandarian continued working as a law clerk for Sagaser, Watkins & Wieland PC. Born and raised in Clovis, California, Ms. Kandarian returned to the Golden State after graduating from law school and began working as an associate attorney with Sagaser, Watkins & Wieland PC in 2025. Ms. Kandarian comes from a family of small business owners and farmers in both Fresno and Kern County, and because of this, Ms. Kandarian is passionate about counseling employers in the central valley and state of California. Ms. Kandarian represents employers in all aspects of employment and labor law matters, including but not limited to, wage and hour litigation, employment discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment and retaliation, and breach of contract litigation. Ms. Kandarian also advises employers on maintaining compliant labor and employment policies and practices. Ms. Kandarian currently splits her time between the firm’s Fresno and Bakersfield offices. In her spare time, Ms. Kandarian volunteers for Valley Crime Stoppers, and she also enjoys working out, spending time with family, and travelling.
