Susana C Cendejas

Susana Cendejas is a senior partner with Grime Law. Ms. Cendejas manages the firm's Manteca and Fresno offices. She has been practicing community association law for over 15 years. She specializes in association general corporate matters, governing documents' revisions, governing documents' enforcement, assessment collections, and judicial foreclosure. Ms. Cendejas has extensive experience with community association litigation matters and is an experienced trial attorney. In addition, she is also a highly successful construction defect litigation attorney and has recovered several millions of dollars on behalf of her community association clients. Ms. Cendejas is active in California Associations Institute, often serving as both an author for their trade publications and as a speaker in various aspects of the law.
