Svapna Trivedi

Svapna Trivedi is a Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS), a distinction awarded by the State Bar of California to attorneys who demonstrate exceptional expertise, substantial trial experience, and advanced knowledge in family law. She represents clients throughout Los Angeles and Orange County in complex, high-stakes divorce and custody matters. Based in Long Beach, Ms. Trivedi is known for strategic advocacy, meticulous preparation, and a results-driven approach. She has extensive experience handling high-conflict custody disputes, sophisticated property division, and financially complex divorces involving business ownership interests, professional practices, executive compensation, and significant asset portfolios. Her practice is focused on protecting both immediate legal interests and long-term financial and parental stability. She approaches each case with careful analysis, strong negotiation skills, and the readiness to litigate when necessary. A Southern California native raised in Chatsworth, Ms. Trivedi earned her Bachelor of Science from Occidental College and her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from University of La Verne College of Law. During law school, she served as an Editor for the Journal of Juvenile Law and received multiple academic honors, including CALI Awards in Healthcare Law/Policy and Administrative Law, a Certificate of Scholarship from the Federal Bar Association (Inland Empire Center), and a Key Award for outstanding academic achievement. Earlier in her career, she worked with Alliance for Children’s Rights advocating for children’s healthcare access—an experience that continues to inform her thoughtful and child-focused custody advocacy.
