For the past 9 years, Ms. Flynn has specialized in defending national and international corporations against toxic tort, product and premises liability claims. She has garnered a reputation for being a tough litigator with focus, determination, and the mental agility to stay one step ahead of opposing counsel. During her career, Ms. Flynn has been responsible for managing, developing and implementing an aggressive defense strategy on behalf of businesses and companies involved in asbestos litigation. Ms. Flynn was awarded her B.A., with honors, in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley in 1997. She earned her J.D. from the University of San Francisco in 2001. She is admitted to practice law in California and in federal courts, including the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Ms. Flynn who was born in London, England, grew up in Marin County, California. She has volunteered her time working for the San Francisco District Attorney and the Los Angeles County Public Defender. She also served as research assistant to the Special Rapporteur on Environmental Mandates at the fifty-sixth session of the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland.
