Terry J. Chapko

Mr. Chapko has been practicing employment law in California since 1995. He has extensive experience handling discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour issues. After working for defense firms representing large corporate employers for nearly nine years, Mr. Chapko opened his own law firm in 2004. He has represented employees on an exclusive basis since 2004. Mr. Chapko has litigated individual and class-action cases on behalf of employees against some of the largest employers in the United States and San Diego County, including Starbucks, SAIC, and Vons-Safeway.
