Trina N Dresden

Trina Dresden recently joined Kaspar & Lugay LLP and is currently focusing her practice exclusively on family law. Prior to joining Kaspar & Lugay, Ms. Dresden worked in a legal aid center assisting individuals with a wide range of legal concerns from domestic violence, habitability claims, and post-conviction criminal matters. Ms. Dresden started her legal career with a general practice as a sole practitioner. She handled all aspects of both civil and criminal cases from intake interview, to discovery, law and motion, all the way to resolution, whether it was via Stipulation or Jury trial. Ms. Dresden’s 30 years of experience gives her the perspective to address the client’s immediate concerns and to recognize issues that may come up in the future. Ms. Dresden is responsive to her clients and able to assist with identifying their goals, seeking to resolve their case with strategies that prioritize their needs. Ms. Dresden was admitted to the California State Bar in 1993 and graduated from the University of San Francisco. Born and raised in California she grew up and raised her children in Marin County.
