Tyler D. Kring

Tyler D. Kring is an Employment Attorney and Partner with Kring & Associates, APC. He exclusively practices Employment Law, with a focus on Wage and Hour violations (Unpaid Minimum and Overtime Wages, Misclassification, Meal and Rest Periods, etc.), Discrimination (Age, Disability, Pregnancy, etc.), Sexual Harassment, Whistleblower Retaliation, and Wrongful Termination. Mr. Kring handles cases on an individual, class, collective, and representative basis, providing personalized representation that meets the unique needs of each client. Mr. Kring earned his Juris Doctor at Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law. Prior to law school, he obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Chapman University. Mr. Kring maintains strong ties with Chapman and prioritizes giving by to the Chapman community by mentoring both undergraduate and law school students, conducting mock interviews with current students, and attending various networking events.Mr. Kring is heavily involved in philanthropic efforts throughout Orange County. As part of these efforts, Mr. Kring serves on the Board of Directors for Caterina’s Club in Anaheim. As a Board Member, he helps strengthen and spread the organization’s mission to provide warm meals, affordable housing assistance, and job training to homeless and low-income families throughout Southern California.
