Victoria D. Knitter

Victoria D. Knitter is originally from Fair Oaks California. She acquired her undergraduate degree in Economics in 1985 from the Sacramento State University. She attended McGeorge School of Law-UOP in Sacramento obtaining her Juris Doctorate in 1988 and admitted to practice later that year. Previously with the Sacramento firm of McDonald Saeltzer Morris Creegan and Waddock, a civil litigation and insurance defense firm. Mrs. Knitter handled complex litigation including cases filed related to the record Sacramento floods of 1986. She represented public entities, business and individuals in a variety of litigated matters. Mrs. Knitter has devoted much time and effort to the community regarding local youth and educational issues, volunteering in the local schools and teaching English as a second language to adults through the public library system. She continues to handle litigation as well as trust & probate administration and drafting of wills, trusts, powers of attorneys and related documents.
