Vincent A. Acquisto

As the former Deputy Director of Program Administration for HCFA in Washington, D.C., Vince Acquisto is an authority on government reimbursement programs such as Medicare, CHAMPUS, and Medi-Cal. He received his B.A. from Canisius College in New York, an MBA from Loyola College, Maryland and a J.D. Degree from University of Maryland Law School. Mr. Acquisto lectures extensively throughout the country on healthcare issues and receivable reimbursement for HFMA, AAHAM and CAHAM. He was formerly on the board of HFMA's Northern California Chapter and a past President of that organization. He is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association. Mr. Acquisto is admitted to both the Maryland and California State Bars, admitted in several U.S. District Courts, and the U.S. Court of Appeal for the Ninth Circuit
