Xinwei is a Partner and Senior Attorney at Fok Immigration Law who specializes in providing strategic immigration counsel to a diverse array of companies, ranging from startups to multinational corporations, as well as their foreign national employees. Her corporate clientele spans various industries, including technology, medicine, engineering, manufacturing, and consulting. Xinwei’s commitment to immigration law began even before graduating from law school.
