A. Mark Isley

Mark grew up in North Carolina. After graduating from Duke University with a degree in biology, he moved to the Washington, D.C. area to work for an environmental consulting firm. On a cross-county trip to Colorado, Mark discovered the Rocky Mountains, real snow skiing, and the opportunity to attend the University of Denver College of Law. He seized that opportunity and has been practicing law in Denver, Colorado since graduating law school. As a partner at Beem & Isley, Mark contributes to the firm's unique team approach by providing pre- and post-trial litigation support, with a particular focus on managing the firm's legal research, motion practice, and brief writing. Mark also represents clients in probate administration cases and provides assistance with various transactional legal matters, including contracts, deeds, business entity documents, wills, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents. Mark is admitted to the Colorado state bar, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, and the Denver Bar Association.
