Andrew Hug is a partner in the firm’s Family Law Practice. Andrew helps individuals and families navigate the complex legal system during some of the most challenging times of their lives. Once a deputy district attorney, Andrew has handled over 100 criminal and civil trials across Colorado and Texas during his decades-long career. Andrew’s experience includes litigating and advising clients on various matters such as divorce custody, and protection orders. Representative matters Baseless abuse claims - Parenting time restrictions against a client lifted during a contentious divorce case Divorce mediation - Achieved a more equitable division of child support responsibilities and the client was awarded a majority of assets Juvenile harassment charges - Obtained a pre-trial diversion agreement, resulting in all charges ultimately being dismissed
