Clifford Lee Beem

Clifford Beem has been a trial lawyer continuously in Colorado since his graduation from the University of Denver School of Law, and subsequent admission to the Colorado Bar, in 1968. During that time, he has represented thousands of seriously injured clients and litigated other matters as diverse as legal malpractice, malicious prosecution, libel and slander, sexual assault, real estate disputes, probate disputes, construction defect and contract disputes, and contested water rights and mineral rights. He has tried to conclusion over 200 District Court trials. Aside from Colorado, he has litigated cases in California, Arizona, Arkansas, Louisiana, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, New Mexico, Texas, Iowa, New York, and Oregon. He is an Advocate member and past President of the Colorado chapter of the American Board Of Trial Advocates, a past member of the Committee On Conduct for the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, and a long-standing member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association.
