It was David’s passion for the law and helping others that led him to becoming an attorney. He particularly enjoys appellate and post-conviction work. David graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington summa cum laude and cum laude from the University of North Texas Dallas College of Law. David is proud to offer representation nationwide from his office in Plano, Texas.

• United States Supreme Court - On Brief in Supreme Court Case United States v. Hemani, No. 24-1234
• United States Courts of Appeals - Counsel of Record in United States v. Hemani, No. 24-40137 (5th Cir.)
• Federal Sentencing - Client was facing up to five years imprisonment in federal district court. The court granted our motion for a downward variance and the client received 3 years probation.
• Supervised Release Revocation - Client was revoked from supervised release and facing additional imprisonment. The court granted a variance and sentenced the client to time served.
