Francis Cuddihee is a senior associate on R&H’s Litigation Team, focusing on civil business disputes. He brings a unique, pragmatic approach shaped by his transition from high-stakes family law to complex commercial litigation. Before joining R&H, Francis represented entrepreneurs and professionals in domestic relations cases, gaining experience handling sensitive, high-conflict matters.
