Gary B. Pulitzer

Gary B. Pulitzer obtained his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado in 1983. After obtaining valuable experience in the business world as an entrepreneur, Gary pursued his law degree from Touro College in Huntington, New York. Gary served as Notes and Comments Editor of the Law Review, and received his J.D. in 1992. Gary has over 28 years' experience litigating family law cases. His practice is devoted to cases involving divorce, valuation of assets, divison of property, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and parental responsibility (custody). Gary is a member of the Family Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association and the Adams, Broomfield, and Jefferson County Bar Associations. Gary is also a certiofied mediator. Gary believes most divorce cases can be resolved in mediation. Gary works with experienced and well respected experts to value real estate, investments, restricted stock units, stock options, trusts, and retirement accounts. Gary believes child related issues can be resolved through negotiation and compromise so long as both parties focus on the children's best interests and have realistic expectations of the outcome of their case. Through personal contact with the client, Gary works to assure that his clients achieve these goals as quickly as possible, whether by negotiation or litigation.
