Jennifer J. Gifford

Ms. Gifford received her law degree from the University of Denver College of Law in 1995. Prior to this she earned an A.B. in English Literature from Mount Holyoke College in 1990. Ms. Gifford is admitted to practice law in the State of Colorado and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. Ms. Gifford is a member of the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations. Ms. Gifford’s practice focuses on a full range of representation in the areas of commercial contract disputes, construction defects, subrogation, bodily injury, trucking law, employment law, fires and explosions, general tort law, municipality and governmental defense, insurance defense, insurance coverage and products liability.
