John W. Fairless

John has more than a dozen years of experience handling a wide variety of third party tort liability cases in the state and federal courts of three different states. His experience includes numerous cases involving auto liability, premises liability, construction defect, products liability and workers compensation. He has tried numerous jury cases to verdict and has tried several cases to the bench. His current practice is limited to Colorado and Wyoming.
