Justin Ross

Our founding attorney, Justin Ross, focuses his practice primarily on ligation-based matters, including all areas of family law and personal injury. Justin also has an extensive experience in criminal defense and dependency & neglect matters, including numerous jury trials for cases ranging from misdemeanors to felony homicides. Justin is a passionate, tireless advocate who analyzes each of his cases in order to develop successful, individualized strategies for each client. Justin’s reputation in the community is evidenced by his many excellent client and peer reviews, including being named a Colorado Super Lawyer, a Colorado Super Lawyer Rising Star for 5 consecutive years, an AV-Preeminent (highest possible) peer rating, and a “10.0” Superb AVVO peer rating. Justin is frequently requested to serve as a mediator in hundreds of family law cases, and he has frequently requested to present to his peers by various professional organizations, including the Colorado Bar Association and 1st Judicial District Bar Association. Justin served on the 1st Judicial District Bar Association Board of Trustees from 2013-2017, and the 1st Judicial District Bar Association Board of Governors from 2017-2019. Justin served as the President of the 1st Judicial District Association Board of Trustees in 2016-2017.
