Kenneth F. Eichner

Mr. Eichner was listed in the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in Colorado in 2012 by the National Trial Lawyers and Avvo has given him its highest rating. He has also been featured on Denver's 9 News, and he has been a guest lecturer at Georgetown University Law School and the University of Denver School of Law. During 2018 Ken represented a witness during Supreme Court Justice Kavanuagh’s congressional nomination hearing and subsequent FBI interview process. In 2017, he successfully blocked indictments relating to the Clinton email investigation and obtained dismissals of sexual assault charges against four individuals. These accomplishments led to Ken's nomination for the Denver Bar Association’s Award of Merit, which recognizes attorneys for outstanding contributions and services rendered in the administration of justice.
