Kiron Kothari is a senior associate attorney in the firm’s Employment Law and Civil Litigation practice. He represents employers and employees across various industries engaged in challenging legal disputes. Kiron’s career began at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) where he investigated possible federal law violations involving Spanish-speaking claimants. Prior to joining R&H, Kiron handled cases on behalf of a boutique employment law firm. Kiron is committed to ensuring his clients' workplace environments are fair and safe.
