Ms. Harwood represents governmental entities, underwriters and other participants in public finance transactions primarily in Colorado and Nevada; also in Wyoming, Idaho, New Mexico and Kansas.She gives particular emphasis on disclosure and securities law matters for tax-exempt bonds.Financings include general obligation bonds, user fee revenue bonds, excise tax revenue bonds, lease transactions, commercial paper transactions, special assessment bonds and tax increment financings. Her clients include governmental entities such as municipalities, counties, special districts, school districts, universities, joint action agencies, urban renewal authorities and downtown development authorities as well as underwriters.
