Litigation Experience While the goal is settlement, I have extensive experience in Jefferson, Adams, Broomfield, Denver, Arapahoe, Boulder, Douglas, Larimer and Weld county courtrooms. I will aggressively and competently represent you should your case need to go to trial. I am detail oriented, organized and thorough in my trial preparation. I make sure my clients are well prepared and ready to participate in the litigation of their case, which dramatically reduces the anxiety and stress associated with going to court. Ancillary Businesses Mediation of Family Law Cases – I offer the low cost option of mediation to clients who do not want to litigate their case. My hourly rate for mediation is merely $200 per hour with each party paying one half of my rate for each hour of mediation. If an agreement is reached, I draft the agreement for you, which is then signed by the parties ready for you to file with the court. In all cases where mediation is court ordered, a Certificate of Mediation is provided to you.
