Mark A. Rapp

Carroll (Illinois) High School in 1984 and shortly thereafter ventured west to Denver, Colorado. He graduated from Regis College, magna cum laude, in the Spring of 1988 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and a double major of History and Political Science. In the Fall of 1988, he enrolled in the University of Colorado School of Law and graduated in May of 1991. After passing the Colorado Bar Exam in July of 1991, he was admitted to practice law in the State of Colorado in October of 1991. Mark Rapp has practiced law in Weld County and northeastern Colorado since June 1, 1993. He practices in Weld County. Mark Rapp is the managing partner of Rapp, Manzer & Minnerop, LLP and is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, Family Law Section. He is a past board member of Weld County Partners, Inc. and is the past president of Weld County Legal Services, Inc.
