Peter J. Fetterly

Mr. Fetterly is Of Counsel to the McCollum Crowley firm and has been involved with large scale fire and explosion litigation his entire legal career. He has handled matters across the country in both State and Federal courts, most recently in Michigan and North Carolina. Mr. Fetterly is HAZWOPER certified and has acted on behalf of both primary and excess carriers as well as insureds and self-insureds in Cause and Origin (C & O) investigations and early liability assessments. Mr. Fetterly is licensed to practice in the Colorado and Minnesota State Courts and the Federal District Courts in Colorado, Arizona, Utah, and Wyoming, and is a member of the International Association of Arson Investigators, Inc.
