Ms. Hilario represents clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters, including cases involving personal injury, construction defects, and bad faith claims. She brings a strong background in finance and transactional law, having worked on SPAC, M&A, and IPO-related contracts during her time at a capital markets advisory firm. Ms. Hilario earned her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and her B.S. in Finance, magna cum laude, from Santa Clara University. She is admitted to practice in Colorado.
