Stephen Whitmore is the leading partner of the firm’s Civil Litigation Practice and the Denver Metro Office. Having practiced law for more than 30 years, Steve has successfully litigated hundreds of cases in state, federal, and administrative courts. Steve handles cases involving commercial litigation, contract disputes, landlord and tenant matters, collections, foreclosures, replevin actions, construction defects, mechanic’s liens, and more. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants, and his clients have included banks, management companies, lenders, construction companies, car dealers, small businesses, and individuals.
