Susan P. Halloran

Susan is a "hands on" attorney who believes that a successful attorney-client relationship is achieved only through continuous and open communication. Susan is personally available to discuss client's cases. Her clients do not have to go through a paralegal to reach her. Susan is ready to fairly fight for her client's rights. She is as comfortable in the court room as she is in her own home, She has spent over half of her 16+ years of practice in the court room litigating. Her trial work includes felony criminal trials, child custody hearings and termination of parental rights hearings. Susan's skills also extend to work in the Appellate Court system. In the past two years, Susan has successfully had three adverse trial court decisions overturned by the Appellate Court.
