Susie Germany

Ms. Germany is licensed in Alaska, Wyoming and Colorado. As a Colorado native, she has been practicing law since 1999. Her areas of practice include guardianship, conservatorship, wills, trusts, fiduciary representation, estate planning, estate and trust administration and probate litigation. As a former Deputy Public Administrator, she has extensive experience as a fiduciary, and will serve as a fiduciary. She also practices in the area of Domestic Asset Protection Planning. Ms. Germany is an ACTEC Fellow and member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
