Eric L. Sussman

Eric Sussman is a partner at Weinstein & Wisser. He primarily counsels and defends employers in employment law matters. Eric regularly handles disputes involving a broad array of personnel issues, including employment discrimination, harassment and harassment prevention, workplace investigations, wrongful termination and breach of contract, including covenants not to compete and other restrictive covenants. Clients also seek Eric out for his significant experience negotiating and drafting employment contracts. Eric handles both employment and commercial litigation lawsuits in state and federal court, and has substantial bench trial and jury trial experience. He also has extensive experience at the administrative agency level, including but not limited to handling matters before the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Connecticut Department of Labor.
