Gerard Gjertsen

Mr. Gjertsen graduated from Gettysburg College in 1985 and New York Law School in 1989. His practice concentrations are in the fields of estate planning, the probate and administration of estates and real estate. In 1991, Mr. Gjertsen opened his Manhattan law office, The Law Offices of Gerard Gjertsen, where he currently practices with Tricia Bonner, Esq., the former head of the trusts and estates department at Thacher Proffitt & Wood. Together, Mr. Gjertsen & Ms. Bonner bring over 60 years of experience to bear in the trusts and estate field. In 2011, Mr. Gjertsen joined the firm of Lampert Toohey & Rucci as an Of Counsel partner. He is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut and Texas.
