J Scott McCuin

Prior to forming the Firm, Scott was a partner in the law firm of Scibilia & McCuin, P.C. He attended the University of Connecticut where he received his B.A. in 1986, and then the University of Connecticut School of Law where he received his J.D. in 1989. Scott is admitted to practice law in Connecticut Courts and the Federal District Court in Connecticut. He practices primarily in the areas of commercial and residential real estate transactions, commercial finance, corporate law, and contract drafting and negotiation. Scott has served as a continuing education teacher for the purpose of licensing real estate and mortgage professionals through the DARES Course in Connecticut. Scott has actively worked with land trusts along the Connecticut shoreline in connection with the development and protection of open space parcels where he resides with his family.
