Kyle Navin

Attorney Kyle Navin is a partner at the national asbestos plaintiffs’ law firm of Early, Lucarelli, Sweeney & Meisenkothen. Attorney Navin works tirelessly on behalf of mesothelioma victims in asbestos litigation matters. He also plays a vital role in securing compensation for his clients through the asbestos bankruptcy trust claims filing process, resolving liens connected to his clients’ medical care and addressing probate matters. Attorney Navin also works hard on behalf of our nation’s veterans. He is an accredited attorney with the Veterans Administration and is authorized to assist veteran clients with their claims for disability benefits from the Veterans Administration. Graduating from Trinity College in 2009, Attorney Navin earned a B.A. in both economics and history. In 2010 he joined Early, Lucarelli, Sweeney & Meisenkothen as a litigation paralegal. While working at the firm, he attended law school in the evenings. Attorney Navin graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2016, with a J.D. and in his coursework earned a CALI Award for Excellence in Advanced Torts. Attorney Navin is licensed to practice law in Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Florida, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut. He is a member of several professional associations, including the Connecticut Bar Association, Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, and the New Haven County Bar Association.
