MASON has more than 35 years of litigation experience representing major corporations, privately held businesses, and individuals in a wide range of matters, including business disputes, real estate and land use litigation, construction litigation, probate litigation, property tax and sewer assessments appeals, eminent domain challenges and valuation disputes, franchising, restrictive covenants, and other civil litigation.
