Rosamond A. Koether

ROSAMOND A. KOETHER (Roz) is of counsel to Cohen and Wolf where she serves in the firm's Real Estate and Business & Corporate Groups. She focuses her practice in the areas of residential and commercial real estate and small business. Ms. Koether had her own practice in Westport. She previously served as general counsel to a prominent residential real estate company and as president of a real estate title company. Ms. Koether is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut. She is a member of the Connecticut and Greater Bridgeport Bar Associations. As an alumna of Greens Farms Academy, Ms. Koether serves as the President of the Alumni Council. She is a member of the Vestry and teaches Sunday school at Christ and Holy Trinity Church. Ms. Koether is a Justice of the Peace in Westport and presides over many marriage ceremonies. She serves on the board of directors of the Westport Downtown Merchants Association as well as The Music Theater of Connecticut. Ms. Koether received her B.A. in 1986 from Beloit College and her J.D. in 1991 from Western New England College School of Law, where she served on the National Moot Court Team.
